Spa Etiquette
  • Please plan to arrive 5-10 minutes before your scheduled appointment start time. This allows time for you to fill out any required forms and use the facilities before your appointment starts.

  • Your appointment time is reserved specifically for you. If you need to cancel or change an appointment, please give reception a minimum of 24 hours notice (48 hours notice for services longer than 1.5 hours) to avoid any cancellation fees.

  • Please be advised that if you do not notify reception and do not show up to your appointment, you may be required to pre-pay for your next appointment in full at the time of booking.

  • Please avoid the use of cell phones in the spa. Please ensure that ringers are set to vibrate or silent at all times.

  • We understand that you may need to bring your children with you to your appointment. We welcome them to sit and wait for you in the spa reception or treatment room. We ask that you please ensure that they speak quietly in the spa. We ask that you step outside with them briefly should they start crying so as to not disturb other spa guests.

  • Please wear comfortable clothes to your appointment. For pedicures, please wear pants that will roll up to the knee.

  • Please make sure to inform spa reception AND your esthetician about any allergies, preferences or concerns prior to beginning your treatment.

  • Most importantly, please come to your appointment ready to be relaxed and pampered!
